With Opening Day rapidly approaching, it’s never been easier for you to enjoy Marlins action on the radio.
For fans in South Florida, the Marlins have a new radio home in 2014, AM 940 WINZ.
Each broadcast begins with the Marlins On Deck pre-game show with Kyle Sielaff 30 minutes prior to first pitch. Marlins On Deck features all of the latest Marlins news and notes, interviews, features and a look at whatever else is happening around Major League Baseball.
And after the game each night, stay with us as I bring you the 30-minute 10th-Inning Show, which features a complete recap of the ballgame, all of the highlights, and a check of the action around the rest of Major League Baseball.
Many fans across much of the state of Florida who are outside of WINZ’s listening range can tune in to any of our other Marlins Radio Network affiliates:
WSWN 900 AM in Belle Glade
WKWF 1600 AM in Key West
WFFG 1300 AM in Marathon
WMMB 1240 AM in Melbourne
WHOO 1080 AM in Orlando
WSTU 1450 AM in Stuart
WIXC 1060 AM in Titusville
WBZT 1230 AM in West Palm Beach
Note that not every affiliate carries every game. You can check with your local station to confirm its broadcast plans.
If you’re away from a radio–whether you’re at Marlins Park, soaking in some sun at the beach, or anywhere else across the country–fans everywhere can catch every inning of every game with Dave and me via the MLB At Bat 2014 mobile application (http://mlb.mlb.com/mobile/atbat/) or by subscribing to MLB Gameday Audio via MLB.com (http://mlb.mlb.com/mlb/subscriptions/index.jsp?content=gameday_audio&affiliateId=mediacente).
Finally, our broadcast of all Marlins home games will again be available to subscribers of Sirius/XM Satellite Radio. You can find the nightly channel lineup at http://www.siriusxm.com/mlbschedule.
So wherever you are, there’s no excuse for missing any of the Marlins action in 2014.
